The phone is in bad condition. It looks used. It’s not like new at all. I was shocked on how it looked. Very disappointed. I didn’t think buying a refurbished phone here from Walmart could ever look that.

I bought this phone as a gift for my fiancée, and we were shocked to discover it is eSIM-only—something the seller completely failed to mention. This is a major detail and hiding it feels misleading and unacceptable. Because of this, the gift turned into a huge inconvenience. Sellers must be transparent and clearly disclose such important specifications. I strongly urge other buyers to be extremely careful and confirm whether the phone supports a physical SIM before purchasing.

It came in earlier than expected and was packaged well and it looked just like it was on the Walmart app

I ordered a MacBook from this seller through Walmart’s online marketplace. The item never arrived, and despite providing proof and contacting both the seller and Walmart support, the seller refused to issue a refund or provide assistance. Walmart’s policy clearly states that customers are entitled to refunds when items don’t arrive, but the seller ignored multiple messages. This experience was very disappointing and has made me hesitant to order from marketplace sellers on Walmart again. I hope Walmart reviews this seller’s conduct and ensures other customers don’t face the same issue.
