I ordered an internal DVD burner/player for a PC. It arrived in a timely manor. When I installed, there were no issues, everything worked out fine. Reason for the 3 stars was simply, something fragile like a DVD Burner/Player should have been better packed. It was just the drive unit in a plastic bag (more then likely it came from a bulk lot of drives) and then placed in a box the size of the drive with zero protection pr padding or anything. Packing would been perfect if it was a book, but being a fragile piece of equipment, the packing was poor. I would purchase from this seller again, but I probably wouldn't purchase anything considered fragile.

Just as advertized. I had expected that after opening the package, I would not need to put a highlighter in the center to keep the cd's together.

The correct item was sent in a manufacturers box. All good. Took a little longer than I would have liked, but I didn't want to expedite.
