Hands down, worst experience!!!! After purchasing 4 tires and only receiving 2 tires and 3 calls to customer support, I still have only received half my refund. Tire easy sent email admitting mistake and still not making full refund. Purchased on 12/30 now 1/21 still not made right.

Purchased 4 tires on a Black Friday sale (50% discount) and the seller cancelled the order 2 days later, only issued a refund for 3 of the tires so i had to contact Walmart to get the refund on the 4th tire. Tried to get Walmart to honor the price this seller sold them to me for but they wouldn't do it, and worst of all Black Friday sales are over now so the tires i would have gotten else where are no longer on sale

Canceled my order and gave no reason. Didn’t know until Walmart texted me to notify me that the tires were delayed and to reschedule. When I get in the app, I see the order was refunded 3 days ago. Nice. Leaving in a trip in 2 days and now have to order from somewhere else as no one has this size in stock.

Seller - Tires Easy refusing to send me replacement tires of correct size at price that was advertised. Wants me to drive the incorrect order 20 miles away to a Fed Ex before they will send a refund … hopefully. Horrible customer service
