Terrible quality tires!! Received only 2 of 4 tires listed. Tires scuffed and marred up. One tire had production date of 2024. Now have to waste my time to return crappy tires and wait for refund. Not impressed!!!! Walmart should worry about 3rd party sellers trying to rip people off and wasting there time!!!!

False advertising and terrible customer care

Unable to review the tires as I never received the full set of tires that I ordered. This post is to caution others regarding purchasing from SimpleTire. False advertising and atrocious customer service. Seller listed a set of 4 tires which I purchased through Walmart. They only sent one set of tires (2 tires total). I contacted Walmart and the seller and was told by the seller that they would not send the remainder of the tires as they had made an error with their pricing. I discussed with the seller regarding my frustration and the misleading listing. I had purchased these tires to replace the damaged ones on my vehicle, which prevents me from utilizing the vehicle. I was provided a FedEx return label by the seller, though the nearest FedEx is 20 miles (40 minutes) from my address and the package is too large to drop off at any local partnered location (such as Walgreens) due to exceeding the weight limit and size perimeters. I explained this to the seller and was met with no other course of action and no attempt to keep my business. Despite the sellers claim of a posting error, the listing has remained active for over four days since I placed my order and now two full days past having contacted the seller regarding only receiving one set of tires. I will never purchase from this seller again and advise others to shop elsewhere.
