jl purchased the combination tablet and DVD player just to receive it not receiving the power cord the power adapter not the instructions I tried using a power cord and wall adapter I had for a previous tablet both pro scan that I bought from Walmart and neither the cord or tablet worked properly. if you aee selling items as refurbished make sure they actually work before sending them out
