They have good communication but poor management I will never 👎🏽 shop here again. I am very disappointed they should have righted this wrong. Never the less so sad 😞

The seller lied about the delivery timeframe. My item was supposed to arrive the day before Mother’s Day and it didn’t arrive until (2) days after. The only reason why I purchased from them was because of the guaranteed delivery date. They gave no solution to this problem. This is a horrible company. Do not order from them!!

Warning: Do NOT buy from this seller (Adorama). I purchased Apple AirPods (and paid way too much), they sent me a used, dirty pair. I returned them, and accidentally placed my other charging case in the return package. An Adorama employee, "Levie D." emailed me as soon as they received my return indicating that I had sent them the wrong charging case. I checked and confirmed they were right and immediately FedEx'd them, at my cost, the correct charging case (the one they had sent to me). I did all that within 11 minutes of receiving the email from Levie D. She told me that once they receive their case, mine would be immediately sent back to me. Now, two months, and two dozen emails later, Adorama has still not sent back my charging case and, Levie D. is ignoring my emails. I even sent her a return FedEx label to send my charging case back to me, again at my cost. Two days ago, I called customer service and spoke with "Apollo" in the Philippines. He was totally unhelpful and transferred me to a supervisor, "Shae". After almost one hour on the phone with Shae, she promised me that she would look into this and get this taken care of immediately - that same day. Again nothing! I called again today and spoke with "Celine" who placed me on hold for almost 20 minutes, supposedly looking for Shae, only to come back and say that Shae is on another line and will call me back. I'm not holding my breath. Trust me folks, do NOT do business with Adorama. You can find everything they sell for much less elsewhere and get far better customer service.
