I ordered the next size up (XL). I am glad that I did. Size 11 may have been uncomfortable. It would have been nice to try on both sizes though. But I didn't want to order two sizes. Delivery was fast and I am satisfied with the shoe.

I give it not one star. UPS attempted to deliver the chair only once. It was shipped to a CVS store that is far away from me. It did not give an address, only a city. I have not received my chair and I can't get an answer to how am I to receive it.
