I actually bought the one labeled “open box” for a little less than the actual cost. It looked as good as new and works perfectly. I was still able to purchase the Apple warranty for it as well.

TL;DR BEWARE OF SELLER! I would give the seller a 1 star but I did get a partial refund even though it was only $15 from a $75 product. The seller had the post saying it was the "MX Master 3s for Business" when it was just the plain retail version of the MX Master 3s. This wouldn't have been a problem but the mouse in the box was the MX Master 3 and NOT the 3s! You could say this could have been a mistake but in the box it had the unifying adapter and not the Bolt adapter that the 3s uses meaning this was done on purpose! I did decide to keep it because I've been stuck using a regular mouse to do my editing job which has slowed down my productivity. I did get the protection refunded because of it not being for the right product.
