3.5 stars. Pros: Charged and ready to go, all accessories included, arrived one day early. Cons: The tool arrived used. There are scratch marks on the body and the scraper blade had gritty residue on it. I did pay less than the same item at a big box store and online, so despite the minimal damage, and to avoid the hassle of returning it, I'm keeping the tool. People just need to be aware that this company sells used items as new.
