Bag of soil was taped up and obviously had damage before being packed into a box. Second bag was not in a box but suffered a damage and lost product as well. I will not use this seller again.

The drip pan came bent in several areas, it was not packaged properly at all. There were literally two pieces of thin cardboard taped together only partially covering it. This was actually a Christmas present that was going to be used for something special. Very disappointing! My husband was able to straighten some of the bent place a little, but this shouldn’t have happened.

Shipped fast ! A little pricey,Fluffy didn't care for it that much but a good emergency dust ,!

Nothing against the seller, just USPS shipping. It went to Oaklands main mail center, then north to Berkeley, then back to Oakland mail center then out to 2 more regional centers, then south, then finally east to my city post office, then my home. 3 different promised delivery times. When I tracked it, each of those 3 updates it was not delivered in that window, 3 times!

Packaged securely, delivered on schedule. Kerosene is visible through container, great to know when to reorder. Containers are sturdy.

The item I ordered arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I spoke to Max Warehouse before the purchase and found their agent helpful. My only concern was that, if this universal remote didn't work on my devices, I would have to pay return shipping. But the device did work for me needs, so no return was necessary.
