Very disappointed. The item arrived missing pieces and I had to call and email customer service multiple times. I sent pictures, item numbers and did everything I was advised. I was told 35-40 days to receive the missing pieces. After a 30 day wait I was told the salesman?? Released the pieces and now it would be another 35-40 day wait. I requested clarification on why that long of a wait when the original package was delivered in 1 week. I am very concerned that I will not receive the missing pieces . Terrible overall.

I bought 2 of these. One came with a broken mirror and one had another broken piece. We had it 90% of both completed. I was told the parts could not be ordered and it could not be returned unless it was in the box which was impossible since they were put together.

Item was damaged reached out to them. They asked for pictures which were sent but I never hear back from them after the initial contact. Poor customer service. Sent item back and it was a pain because had to take it apart when I simply asked for the defective piece to be sent.

Accurate description. We were very happy with the finished product and it was easy to assemble. The only issue was the slanted leg positioning. It was slightly confusing. An arrow on each leg and the directions would suffice.

Wheels are made of some wire material that is not metal and they break but shelving unit is strong but I only bought it because it had wheels and seller claimed it could hold hundreds of pounds but I was misled and when I reached out to the seller with my concern they asked me to send them the item number along with price letter or number which are in the manure I didn’t keep because I thought the metal shelves were strong. I’m stuck with a non working shelf that will not move because faulty wheels bend and seller is not listening or trying to fix the issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ITEM UNLESS YOU DONT PLAN ON UTILIZING THE WHEELS
