I contacted them advising them of the damaged product and was told they would send it up for review and someone would get back with me and its been over a week and haven't heard anything further from them nor have they replaced the missing ream of paper.

I received tub and tile cleaner instead of my cups. I called and was told I would have a refund and an email coming to me. I don't know about the refund because I'm not the church treasure just the secretary but I can say that I never got my email. So wrong product and no email.
