There was no communication. Product was on a long awaited arrival but arrived before expected. So if you plan ahead this is a safe place to order from. If you need it immediately find it in a store.

I didn't receive a JAM paper product as the listing indicated, but a substitute from a company called LUX Paper. And the product did not have the specifications it said it had.
