Pleased with quality of item, but it was not the 13' ordered. Label on shipping container was for 13' hammock, but actually it only measured around 10'. Believe you need to address shipping department. Very disappointed, especially after nearly a $100.00 cost. Cost to return would not warrant the trouble.

I was disappointed to find out it only came with the swing and not the stand. The color of the swing is very pretty thought.
