The received count was correct but the items were loose and not in original box as pictured, and shipped in a bag. This resulted in the candy getting a bit squished, but thankfully still sealed and edible. My recommendation is if they are going to be sold in loose sets of 4, to update the photo to reflect this rather than the boxed 4 packs.

They are great and easy to work with. If worried, just give them a call, and they are on it.
