The right items and arrived on time, packaged well.

Package arrived in good condition. Different packaging from prior product I purchased.

They get a zero for trying to rip people of... they can go screw themselves.

Item was not packaged properly. It was not in a plastic bag and half the box was soaked because the lid was not secured properly.

I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with Mr Medical's business. The delivery company said that they delivered my package and I didn't receive it because they did not follow the specific instructions that I gave in order for this situation not to happen.The delivery company said that they put my package in the mailbox/ drop box.My apartment building does not have those options available for deliveries. I live on the second floor apartment and that is where my mail is delivered to.Dr Medical and his team requested that I do the tracking of my package. I would like a refund returned to its original pay method.I was not treated fairly and the customer service was poor.Dr.Medical and his team has responded with only instructions and they are constantly stating that they are waiting for UPS to contact them in order to move forward with a decision. I would just like to forget about it and just ask for a refund if I am eligible...

i would give zero stars if i could. sellers listing states 9 pack of dryer sheets and i only received ONE and the price was MUCH higher then single box so I figured it was as described for the 9pack. NOPE just ONE. i reached out to walmart reported seller and got refunded for seller deceiving their customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
