Mr. Medical

I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with Mr Medical's business. The delivery company said that they delivered my package and I didn't receive it because they did not follow the specific instructions that I gave in order for this situation not to happen.The delivery company said that they put my package in the mailbox/ drop box.My apartment building does not have those options available for deliveries. I live on the second floor apartment and that is where my mail is delivered to.Dr Medical and his team requested that I do the tracking of my package. I would like a refund returned to its original pay method.I was not treated fairly and the customer service was poor.Dr.Medical and his team has responded with only instructions and they are constantly stating that they are waiting for UPS to contact them in order to move forward with a decision. I would just like to forget about it and just ask for a refund if I am eligible...
