Customer Service person was nice. Asked for the UPC Code on the packages I received. I was informed that the code matches what was noted in your ad. She said that you (Walmart) had the Wrong Picture of the item on the website. I was ordering "Intimate" Tena pads. What I received was "sensitive" tena pads because that was the item number. I didn't want "sensitive" version of Tena pads. I've purchased them before and they Leak too much. The "Intimate" pads are much better so I was going for a higher 'drop' number. BUT, I didn't get them. They sent the other pads. I was told I could return any unopened packages received for credit. Got an address to mail them to but no offer for help with the shipping cost. (No RMA number -- just an address to mail to.) So, I am out over $60 it seems. I will drop the pads off to a local nursing home and maybe some of their residents can use them. I will not buy anything else from Mr. Medical. Thank you.
