Fast Lane Tires sent wrong item three times. How hard can it be? Got refund from credit card. Walmart support was not helpful at all.

i was surprised how they did work ..they are great tires will buy another set later

I received my order of 4 tires. 2 of the tires were identifed by my garage wher I had them mounted as used tires. Those 2 tires had tread wear. One of the worn tires had a 1/2 -3/4" wear mark on the side wall indicating that the tire was mounted then driven at low air pressure. The worn tires were cleaned with some type of chemical that removed the paint marks on the side wall of directional tires. I attempted to resolve this issue by contacting Wal-Mart. They contacted the seller which I only received an email stating "we only sell new tires" and "what makes you think they are used". I responded several times with emails and phone calls with no further response. The phone number on Wal-Marts site is answered by the company but then forwarded to a "alternate location" of s hipping company. An arial shot of the address results in a building not used by the business. I then filed a complaint through Wal-Mart and I still have received a response.

Terrible customer service never answered the phone does not respond to emails so if you need any type of help or if there’s something wrong with your tires, take it as a loss find somewhere else to go

I bought four winter tires and returned them three weeks later. The tires were unused and had all the labels and markings. But for some reason I only got a refund for three tires.

Reasonable value, lower price, decent traction and ride .

Picture is deceiving no white lettering on the tires received. Returned all 4 tires for a refund.
