seller sold us on all the specs but the quality of the picture is not as good as we expected. we are still.trying to understand if its tv or the cable / internet provider causing pixelation and slurrr images at random times

My delivery didn’t arrive at the projected timeframe and when I tried to pick it up, I was told I’d have to call where I purchased it to change my delivery method. I was also told I would receive a call to schedule delivery, which I took the courtesy of calling first but had to wait an additional 5 days because there were no early delivery dates available. I was told I would received a 30mins heads up call because someone had to be home during the delivery window. Only to hear my doorbell ring without any such call. However, the package arrived intact and I haven’t had any issues with it.

The volume is irregular. It get loud and then correct itself.

Awaiting seller response. They do not answer their phone when called.

This replaces our 20 something Panasonic Plasma TV and the viewing quality is excellent. Plus its a larger screen and weighs half as much as our Panasonic.

Tv arrived damaged broken on corners due to careless shipping and seller denied replacement or refund

The item is in good quality as describe. recommendable.

Purchased pairs of Samsung Music Frames twice but both times the included package deal was missing the screen cleaning kits. Walts Customer Service resolved the issue. Shipments were prompt and timely.

Nothing. I had to 8 days talking to them to come and take back their broken tv that they dropped off.
