Great picture. Not so great remote.

I've had the TV for approximately 2 weeks. The picture quality is wonderful. However, I do have an issue with the remote control for 2 reasons. 1) Voice control has to be set up through Alexa or Samsung's version of Alexa. It is confusing and not straightforward. And, we have given up even using the voice function. 2) The remote doesn't seem to hold a charge that long. And living in a cloudy climate, setting it on the windowsill to recharge via solar isn't effective. So, like a cell phone, it needs to be regularly connected to yet another charger.

TV came with screen issues.

The TV came with screen picture issues. whites lines in rows appear randomly and its annoying. The third party seller told me to hold the box incase i needed to return it. why would the third party seller call me to schedule delivery and say that specifically? then, the TV came with issues. I have contacted Samsung and they are fixing it under warranty. I dont think i will be trusting walmarts 3rd party sellers. its been a headache. At least Samsung is fixing it.
