left at WRONG DOOR AGAIN! I AM HANDICAPPED AND CANNOT GO UP AND DOWN THAT MANY STEPS INSIDE AND OUT. HOWEVER OUR "FRONT DOOR" ON THE OTHER SIDE OF BLDG 12 WHERE I LIVE, HAS ONLY "2 STEPS OUTSIDE, AND INSIDE!!!" IF ONLY THE DRIVERS WOULD FOLLOW MY DIRECTIONS ID BE THRILLED. BTW: MY PACKAGE WAS LEFT AT WRONG DOOR IN THE RAIN. MY BAG IS SOAKED. ONE OF MY NEIGHBORS HAPPENED TO SEE IT AND BRING IT INDOORS FOR ME. JUST LUCKY THIS TIME. BUT I HOPE THE THING WILL STILL WORK WHEN I TRY TO USE IT AFTER IT DRIES!!!! 73 AND HANDICAPPED IN EDISON. 🥵

I ordered (2) GermGuardian Air Purifiers w/Hepa Filters, (1) gray and (1) white from the Walmart website. I received the gray one ONLY on February 15, 2025, and NOT the white one. I spoke to Walmart's customer service who did NOTHING to investigate why two items were not delivered. Someone is enjoying my white air purifier. I received "proof of delivery" by FedEx for both of them; however, they used the same proof photo for both (which also showed a carton from CHEWY (my dog's prescription food). I am still waiting for the white purifier. These items should have been shipped under separate order numbers for accurate tracking and proof of delivery. Please check with FedEx to request proof of delivery for the 2nd purifier (white). If I am not satisfied with receiving (2) different proofs of delivery, I will ask MasterCard to cancel one of the charges. I have also tried to report this to Home Store, but I'm met with 'unable to help due to technical issues' messages after sending. Thank you for your kind assistance; I look forward to your prompt response.
