Product came in without damage, timely, and packaging was extremely nice with all required components.

The design is uncomfortable and difficult to use effectively. To adjust the tray's position, it must be lowered to a point where it presses against my lap unless I move away from the desk. Furthermore, when set in this lower position, the tray creates too much distance between myself, the desk, and the screen.

Easy to put together and I can have the laptop hover over my many paperwork. I don’t need a bigger desk.

Product arrived promptly and was fairly easy to assemble. Seems sturdy enough to hold my laptop. So far, I like it.

Ordering was easy %26 delivery was quick. I didn't receive a part. When I called I was told the part would be sent quickly %26 I received it within a few days. I would buy from them again.

This item is great. It works exactly how it should. Also, I wanted to add that this product works perfectly with the Vizio TV’s which needs a wider mount. 👍👍
