Tried to call the seller. Waited on line for 15 minutes with the robot coming on every so often to tell you how important you are and to keep holding for the next available person. Finally hung up. Sent the company an e-mail and they never responded.

This is the third pillow I've bought. First time was 3 years ago and I loved it. Bit of course over time it went flat. But number 2 & 3 aren't stuffed full at all and have had to be sent back. My oldest "flat" pillow is firmer than the 2 newest pillows. This company has gone way downhill.
