Shipping %26 packaging were fine. After spending some time trying install the Walabot unit I was unable to get it to work. I contacted the manufacturer and received the following message on 1/20/26. "Sorry about this, but this product is discontinued and there is no support for it. It is best for you to return it to Walmart." The 3 units were returned to the local Walmart store on 1/21/26. I'm guessing your seller was not aware of this when they shipped the product.
