Communication is horrible. There should be a phone number customers can call instead of just email.

Described as solid wood bed. False advertisement, did not see wooden parts except some support tiny wooden planks. Bed is looking good when assembled but all internal materials are soo cheap... The thickness of the bottom siding is ridicilous, one of them arrived broken thanks to Fedex awfull service. One of the gloss panels was damaged as well. Overall it is very good looking bed made extremly cheap.

Delivery expectation was not accurate. It took a month before delivery. Delivery guys were exceptional once items arrived.

Love this item, especially for the price. Arrived on time, no missing pieces and quality as expected along with building time. Beautiful green with scalloped detail. Would recommend!

Unpredictable pricing that changed in the middle of an existing order that is causing to return and buy elsewhere due to Walmart stealing my money for promising the difference and not coming through.

The packaging was great and they were very helpful to bring it upstairs. The quality at this price point is better than expected. Definitely far exceeded the leather chair we returned to Wafair.before buying this one.
