Very disappointed with Walmart customer service I encountered issues with the third party delivery service When I reached put to Walmart the best they could do to compensate my experience was 10.00 credit

The photos show a matching mirror, but it is not included! The photos are identical to other links that do include the mirror, so I was disappointed that I did not receive a mirror with it. The photos should be updated to show just the dresser, not the dresser/mirror combo. Some of the fault is mine for not reading the entire description, but the photos should match the item ordered.

Communication was timely but through e-mail ONLY. There is no way to speak to anyone or even leave a voicemail. Also, beware when using is a third party as there is conflicting information received from several different addresses all tied to your order. I will not go through that fiasco again!!

The second bed purchased had parts that did not fit. I contacted the company twice and Walmart once, no response. Contacting credit card company for refund. The first bed purchased was great, purchased the second, identical to first and a problem with No response.

We did recieve our order, but it was a logistical nightmare. The original date was postponed for an extra week, before the major US Snow storms. Was shipped to St Louis and sat for a week before delivery. On the original date, You (Walmart) arranged for, with Angi a person to come provide installation. But we had to cancel his service because the furniture was not delivered yet. so this service was rescheduled. On the day that the recliner was delivered, the delivery guys were to place it on the curb but they brought it in and put it together. So we had to call off the Angi guy because we did not need the service, Sad, because the I had touched base with him early that morning and was ready to use him.... Such a mess!
