I bought this piece of furniture through Walmart. I didn’t do my homework and read all of the information I should have so I did not know Home Square would be the actual provider. I would never ever order from Home Square just based on the reviews I have read. I have a 4000 square-foot home to furnish and I can’t put up with the nonsense at home squares business processes must be based on. Hugely disappointed. There are a few good names out there that provide what they promised to provide. Home Square, you better wise up or if you don’t hopefully one day you’ll be hanging out of business sign on your corporate property. Shame on you!

contacted this seller about my purchase and never recieved a response.

the seller offered pct off or send product back within 15 days and if damaged they would not refund. the packages are very beat up and we cant open the packages because we will not be able to repack. we sent pictures of the boxes 5 days ago and have requested updates twice and they are no longer responding. we have 3 days left on the 15 day deadline so there is no way to ship these large boxes and get them there on time. Extremely disappointed. i am hoping walmart can help us resolve this matter

Bought the nailed desk and it came with no legs, pretty useless piece of furniture. Its been 2 months and no change, extremely frustrating.
