This speaker works as described. Voices on TV are much clearer when there is background music playing. This small speaker performs much better than the speaker in the TV or in much more expensive external speakers I have tried.

Item received on time and in perfect condition. The construction was good quality but this did not work at all. We called the Customer Service number a number of times and the recording said "Welcome to Zvox and then hung up on me. We could never speak to an agent for help. I have returned to Walmart for credit.

I called ZVOX for instructions about how to sync the soundbar remote to our existing Specturm remote and the gentlemen guided me through the procedure step-by-step. Everything works fine now.

Instructions are useless for setting up blutooth and this is the 2nd one where the fiber optic cable connection to the TV does not work so I have to use RCA cables
