Avoid this seller. Bought an item through Walmart and had to return it so Walmart did the return process took the item from me and shipped it back through fedex and was suppose to get a refund. Well the refund never happened and did not get the item back so now I’m out $50.

Never buy from this seller. They put an open box headset for sale and sent some 10 dollar headset you can order from anywhere. Unacceptable.

I wanted to give 0 star but it's not possible. They do not even deserve 1. They sent me a unit that was clearly opened, used and returned by the previous buyer. So it's either poor quality control on their end or they're intentionally trying to scam customers. I will never know. Initially, Walmart said I would get a full refund. That didn't happen. Turns out they brought the issue up to the seller and wants me to deal with them directly. I sent them pictures as requested and they made me wait a week before getting back to me (and I had to ask for an update). Their solution was offering me $4 to keep the item or send it back. So I had to waste my time to pack the item up and drop it off at FedEx and then wait some more before getting my refund. I could've done this a couple of weeks ago by starting a return myself. Needless to say, I will never buy from this seller again. I am going to think twice about buying from Walmart as well.
