never got any notifications or status updates from the company, it was like they took my money then everything just stopped.

I love the phone, but I ordered a case and screen protectors to match the description online and i didn't receive that phone an all my stuff didn't fit the case was custom and can not be returned so I was out $20 for a case I ordered based on the online description of the phone.....

arrived quicker than expected. great quality phone, was unlocked as stated, and was easy to set up.

I was extremely impressed with this refurbished Samsung Galaxy Note9 Smart phone! It arrived on time and was packaged securely. The phone arrived in pristine condition. It looked like a brand new!! I love the lavender color! The cable adapter works great, and does not overheat my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 smart phone. It took a while to charge, but I don't find this to be a major issue when I planned to buy a faster charging cable adapter. Nothing on the phone was broken or missing. It was easily activated by my carrier without any software or hardware issues. I was able to safely transfer all my info from my old phone to Note9 with no issues. As a matter of fact, when I took my Note9 smart phone to my carrier to be activated, they wanted me to trade it in for $875 towards the latest iPhone!!!!! I am totally satisfied with my purchase. Should I encounter anything wrong in the future, I will update this post. As for now, I love this phone and am so glad I purchased it at Walmart.
