i dont know if it was just me getting lucky, but i was thoroughly impressed with this phone. I looked on several different sites offering refurbished phones for around the same price. And i am super sketchy about buying refurbished anything, much less something as delicate as a phone. After weeks of looking and reading reviews and specs i knew what i wanted. I just couldnt seem to shake the feeling i was buying a knock off something from some guy on a corner with a blanket rolled out. I personally never even thought to look on the Wal-Mart app. But when i did i saw several vendors whose ratings were high and claimed to have like new condition phones and the price was not much more than the hundreds i had previously viewed. I gave it a shot and was more than pleasantly surprised. No scratches, do dings or dents, no cracks and not even so much as a blemish i can spot. I am very satisfied and will buy again if the need arises.

The phone came like-new and service was quick. It came in a white box, so it was not a factory mint phone but it didn't matter. Too bad there was no manual but included was a white charger. The phone itself has a nice resolution that is very sharp and crisp and the camera is really good. For a large phone, it is thin and light.
