The filtration is suspect the water passes thru the filter much too quickly to be actually doing any filtering and the water taste the same (unfiltered) ,but they arrived quickly and were packaged well.

I've been using this pitcher for about 3 weeks. So far no problems, works just fine for using for my coffee pot. The coffee carafe always spilled water when pouring the water in the reservoir. This pitched doesn't lose a drop! Plus, I like that it has a filter and the light on top that you push on to make sure it's still blue and usable.
