It reduces chlorine by up to 97.2% and effectively filters sediments, particles, rust, taste, and odor (third-party lab tested; does not reduce TDS). Replace the filter approximately every 3 months (varies with water quality). Compatible with PUR Classic, Advanced, and Horizontal faucet mounts (including PFM100B, PFM450S, and interchangeable with PUR RF-9999), this product is not sourced or sponsored by PUR.

The filters are a great value since they are not the name brand recommended for the water filter that I purchased. They do fit and are just as good as the name brand that I first used for my current water filter. They do make the water taste better than just drinking it from spigot itself.
