These humidifiers work very well - easy to fill and easy to clean. The filters that come with fit the best (well water needs a filter). There are other filters with an additional blue layer that may work better but don’t fit as well. Very satisfied.

Never contacted seller. As for the description and such, it looks just like the pics. It's not very loud either. The seller did a grand job listing this product, really. They could have listed on here that it is not to be used in an RV/camper/trailer. This is due to the wattage usage. (RV/campers/trailers start around 750w).
