Sent me a case of unsalted rice cakes instead of the barbecue sauce I ordered. Contacted the seller to return and was asked for photos which I happily provided. Seller stated I would receive a full refund within 5 business days. Still no refund and now they are not responding to my email requests regarding the refund issue.

The product only had a few months left on the use by date of Feb 2026. When I contacted them they said their shipping program was first in first out and that I could freeze the 6 bottles. I have limited freezing availability and I didn't like their answer. Needless to say I won't order anything from them again

Seller has not responded to the complaint that the six boxes of soy milk arrived in a leaking package smelled terrible. I have photos of it and was at home when it got delivered. There was absolutely no packing around the milk to protect it either . I requested a refund and my shipping fee to be returned.
