This laptop is perfect for my needs, especially since my nephew has been in need of an upgrade for quite some time. I wasn't able to afford one until now, and I'm glad I found this laptop. It seems to work well for what he needs, especially since we are both gamers.

the seller seem to be okay however the product was not manufactured family the day we got it and I gave it as a Christmas gift they plugged it in and the battery would not stay charged nor would the computers stay on so we had to return it

Verify you are receiving the actual operating system you ordered. The i7 processor and graphics are fast. The cosmetic condition of the laptop is excellent. The computer was packed professionally and protected with a hard wrap around bubble shroud. This is a great value for the money.
