Seller shipped item right away and was packaged fairly well, though a bit too big of a box which allowed item to slide around. No damage to capacitor just the items packaging damaged.

I bought a Mr Heater propane heater that said in the specifications that it was for indoor %26 outdoor. (why would ppl need a heater for outdoor?). when i received the item it had on the box outdoor only. I tried to return it to Walmart, but the manager said he was taking returns on heaters or propane tank i had to buy also. now I'm out $222.01 because of lies in the specifications. Thanks a whole lot.
