After a bit of trial of several different charcoal products I’ve found Timber has the best overall lump charcoal. Lights easily in my chimney and has a good mix of chunks for a uniform burn when I’m smoking pork or poultry with a few wood chunks for extra smoke. This bag shipped earlier than the first scheduled date.
