their was no communication at all and they didnt even send me what i ordered, i ordered a Man's Pendant and they sent some small little Pendant that looks like it could be for a woman. needless to say I'm very upset because i had my heart set on having this item amd now i have to send it back. Heck i dont even know if it's real either, was supposed to be sterling Silver with real natural Dimonds just wouldnt ever order from these people again. Gold Time outa Katy, Texas

Ordered gold bracelet in July 2024 for daughters's 16th, she wore 1st time in November and one of the stones fell out. Took to local jeweler for repair est and more Peridot stones fell out. Local jeweler said the mounts are all defective, they are too thin and cheaply made and won't secure the stones and stones were falling out as we were handling the bracelet. Gold Time refuses to refund order %232000120-52. Gold Time stated that since 30 days passed they aren't responsible, so my daughter has a cheaply made bracelet from a scam supplier using Walmart to scam people and I'm out $900 bucks! Beware and do not do business with this scam artist Gold Time! Do your due diligence Walmart and quit allowing these people to scam us with shoddy merchandise!
