The desk we ordered came damaged and it took several weeks to get a resolution with this seller. I'm happy with the product but the customer service was very poor.

The tree was beautiful. I was very very pleased.. It did not get here as quick as first promised, but that was due to the holiday season I imagine and came just a couple of days before Christmas, but I got it up in time and was able to enjoy it. The price was very reasonable and the quality was excellent. Thank you.

Arrived on time very well packaged seller did a great job

I ordered the bed specifically in Beige my order online says beige but the bed arrived gray. After about 15 emails back and forth they finally send me a return label which had to be used within 3 days. I would not recommend this seller.

Very bad experience, they shipped me a damaged table, I requested a return a few weeks ago but still they haven't accepted my request yet. Don't buy from them.

We bought this exact same mailbox in 2010 and needed to replace it because the lock, which gets used about twice a day, broke and couldn't be fixed. We love the look and security of this mailbox and bought the same one for the same price we paid in 2010! . Shipper delivered it quickly in secure packing. Our handyman easily installed it. It looks very attractive on our midcentury modern home, works well and is reasonably priced.

The overall process went smoothly, and the recliner was delivered on time. My one disappointment is the product itself. The sizing is smaller than expected.
