Beautiful wicker table, exactly what I was looking for. Packing and shipment was great.

Defective product. Refused to give a discount for me to keep it. I told them not to send but they still Sent a huge wrong replacement part that I had to send back. I have never had such a bad experience.

Terrible Customer service. Unit came broken and still never received my money back.

Arrived on time and is a high quality 'condo' with scratching posts for my kitty!

I feel they were dishonest in showing all of the items in the picture and ONLY sending the bench. No table and no side bench. Said they would not accept a return. That sucks.

I tried to cancel this item before it was in preparing status - shipper would not cancel and shipped anyway. I was told I could return the item, but it will be at my expense -which is $90. Not happy about this. They should have not shipped it to begin with and honored my cancellation, but I suspect they knew I would not be able to return without a great cost so they get to keep my money.

It would have cost me more to return than I paid for the item. I won’t buy without free/store returns again.
