Shipping was fairly quick and the price reasonable IF it had worked. However, per my item description above, this so called Semi Soft Wax Rub On stick was anything but....it is hard as a rock. Could not work with it or rub it in to fill a nick at all. Returning the item. The one star reflects this purchase only. I've not dealt with this company for anything else.

They need to package items more thoroughly in large enough boxes to avoid damaging the products. Both of our bottles had broken lids since they just barely fit in the box with no padding between the lids and the side of the box. We had to create makeshift lids to avoid the product from drying out.
