It was suppose to be a Christmas gift and they lost it even before fedx pick it up so we got it 2 days after Christmas very disappointed I will not order from this company again but at least it did come

Poor packaging box arrived crushed, giving as a gift

Ordered a $100 hair tool and received a totally wrong $30 hair tool

Tried to activate all weekend,customer service opens Monday only to tell me that my starlink receiver is programmed to someone else and that I have to contact the seller to remind them to delete the old account so I can make the new account in my name, when I ordered this from Walmart I thought it was new by the way...now it's Tuesday evening and I'm sitting here haven't heard from him yet, can't activate new service until he deactivates their old account it's very annoying when you spend this much money and still have to wait days to be able to use it.

If I could give no stars, I would do so the seller repackaged a used item that is unable to be activated as the kit number is already in use, and therefore rendering the Starlink unusable. I now have to wait three weeks to get my money returned, which is inconvenient.. when I discovered that the kid number was already in use. I contacted the seller and waited the 48 hours for response. I never received a response buyer beware
