The ornaments were advertised looking like they were figurines. They are NOT! They are flat plastic things. Not happy with them at all

Description was accurate received a shipping date of around the 20th of December %26 was totally SURPRISED when my order arrived in my mailbox 5 days earlier than the original promised arrival date

They said I would receive it in a week.It was about 3 weeks

Should be zero stars, but would not let me submit the review unless I put two. This seller packaged cooking tins in a plastic bag and shipped from China… How do you think that they would show up?!? now I have to waste my time and go into the store during the holidays and return. best believe I am going to give the customer service an earful. This is not how somethings should be shipped inconsiderate and took a literal boatload of time.

This item was very disappointing. Isn’t at all what I expected and way overpriced for what I got. Ordered on November 21st and arrived on December 11th. The grinch ornaments are painted vinyl rectangles, not the 3D grinch figures that I expected . Feel like returning but if that process is anything like the delivery, it’s not worth the hassle.

Item description is deceiving. It states throw pillow but is actually a throw pillow cover only. i attempted to request a replacement for the correct size or a refund and the seller was not helpful at all. Would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. i definitely wouldn't purchase from them ever again.

Item leaks if not kept upwards on handle . Stopped working because it leaks inside where the power and chargeable battery got wet.

So cute! Even better in person. Would definitely recommend. (I originally rated this 1 star because I only received one pillow case. Seller resolved quickly. I am happy with the results!)

You should be ashamed for listing this product so deceptively.
