What a horrible experience. We ordered through the Walmart app, were given a date for it to be delivered and the. It didn’t come on time. I called Walmart and they advised it was just delayed. On week later I called and they advised that the seller had sent an email (no communication through the app (and I don’t see any emails from the seller) asking us to request to cancel bc they oversold the item. The tracking number assigned was actually not even for our orders, but were recycled already. Per the Walmart supervisor, I requested that she cancel. Fast forward several days. No cancelation has been processed and now my order shows delivered! I’m at a loss for the lack of coordination with the seller and Walmart on this and the service we were provided by Walmarts customer service was inept and rude at times. This was unacceptable experience and I would like to be contacted so that the matter can be resolved. Absolutely a hassle and still waiting on a them return my purchase price for these two sets of furniture.
