I ordered a 7-piece outdoor patio furniture set, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The delivery arrived incomplete – only 2 out of the 3 boxes made it to my home. After reaching out to customer service, I was told I'd receive an update from the manufacturer within 48 hours. Well, that 48-hour window came and went, with no follow-up or communication whatsoever. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor service, especially when I've already paid for an entire set. The lack of urgency and accountability is disappointing. I expected much better from a company that clearly doesn't prioritize its customers. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a hassle-free shopping experience.

Wouldn't know how to review this furniture quality because it never was delivered to my house. I ordered two sets and received neither walmart.com. Advise they would cancel the order per the seller advising them that they had oversold the item, but that has not happened. Please read this and folllow through on closing out this horrible experience.
