Everything is fine except for 1 pillow that didn't inflate, the company has told me they will send a new one as soon as it becomes available.

Communication was fine. But product was low quality and very difficult to put together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The seller is terrible did not want to help. They literally took my couch and took it past my state into my state out of my state and didn’t want to help me with any delivery fees. Cost me an extra hundred dollars for them to play with me for over a week.

i love this couch. it all came in one box so i contacted the seller and they assured me it was all there and it was. they also said if i was missing anything just let them know and they would send it to me at no charge.awesome product i have already recommended it others. easy to assemble

i did not want either sofaOrder arrived a week later..By that time they had shipped out another sofa, which i contacted and told them to stop shipment, once i received the first one, They never stopped it. I put together the first one a it was a flimsy worthless piece of junk! I could not assemble it even though the ad says no for assembly. The upholstery ripped because it was too small for the frame, the wooden slats are supposed to be held to the frame with plastic pieces. the plastic bend and once i got one part of the sofa assembled i tried to sit on it and fell completely on the floor , the whole sofa collapsed. I contacted the seller and advised i did not want either sofa. Was told to send the last one back, seller will not send return label told me to ship back on my own..I tried UPS and FedEX and was told needed a freight account due to item weight, cost over $300 , more than i paid for sofa, Contacted seller and Walmart on a way to return..one month later still have both peice of junk sofas , still no refund nor way to return. Will NEVER EVER buy anything nor recommend this seller

poor communication. items were not well made, the feet of the couch arrived cracked

I have tried numerous times to get a return started with this seller. I even had a Walmart representative email them. They do not answer at all! And Walmart is allowing this to happen. I want to return the darn thing! Terrible service. Walmart should intervene!

Well, she seems helpful, but I’ll let you know when my product arrives.
