Be careful when ordering this item

This purchase has been a very bad experience..First it was supposed to have come in 3-5 days never showed up , so I contacted the seller through Walmart..Seller got back to me saying it was shipped and should have arrived. advised them it had not , so asked them to reship which they did..but during the process the other one showed up. When it arrived pieces were missing the box was mangled etc..tried putting it together and it was a mess..the plastic parts that hold the couch together are faulty every time I tried to put weight on it ..it collapsed which I sent pictures to the seller to demonstrate. Also told them no need to send a replacement, but they could not stop the shipment and the other one arrived anyway. By that time I had already told them I would ship it back. The seller would not provide a return label, told me to ship it to them using a courier of my choice in order to get a refund. I took it to local UPS and FedEx both of which told me item was too large. Contacted seller again and was told the same thing, (like they didn't even listen) now I'm stuck with an item I don't want and can't return and out of the price I paid for it! A truly horrible experience
