Refused a return/refund for an item that ended up being a duplicate gift. Nowhere in the description did it state returns and refunds were not allowed. As a matter of fact, it indicated full refunds within 30 days. I attempted the return within a or two week of ordering/receiving. Stay away from the seller. Or be very sure of their return/refund policy. In addition, Walmart reached out to this seller on my behalf and I NEVER got a response.

They changed the delivery date. Then, They Delivered an appliance that had been returned !!! I called Isaacs and was told that I would not get a Warranty because I had Bought a Used Microwave. I Did Not Buy a Used Microwave but was delivered one without my consent! Please advise. (I am a Senior Citizen without transportation.)
